What is an AI minute?
An AI minute is time a trainee spends in a live scored practice call — a real voice conversation with an AI persona that Claude scores against your rubric the moment it ends. Minutes are billed by the second, so a 6-minute-40-second call uses 6.7 minutes, never a rounded-up 7. Every tier includes a monthly bucket of AI minutes.
What happens when we run out of included AI minutes?
Practice keeps going: extra minutes bill at your tier's per-minute overage rate (from $0.15/min on Bronze). Usage alerts at 80% and 100%, plus a spending ceiling you set yourself, keep the bill predictable. There are no packs to buy — overage is simply metered by the second.
Can I add more seats to my tier?
Seats come included with each tier rather than being billed per user. When your team outgrows the included bucket, you move up a tier — the price stays flat and there are never per-seat fees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 10% off the monthly price. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time; changes prorate on your next invoice.
