This Refund Policy explains when and how charges for the Agent Dojo Service are refunded. It supplements the Terms of Service; capitalized terms have the meanings given there.
1. Free trial — cancel before it converts, pay nothing
Every self-serve subscription starts with a free trial. A valid payment method is collected up front, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel at any time before the trial ends (day 15 for a 14-day trial) from Organization → Billing — two clicks, no contact with support required — and no charge is made at all.
If you do nothing, the trial converts to the plan shown at signup and the first charge is made on the conversion date stated on your signup screen and in your welcome email.
2. First charge after the trial — 7-day refund on request
If your trial converts and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the first post-trial charge and we will refund that charge in full. Request it via the support channel in Section 6 from an email address on your account.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are refundable pro-rata at our discretion — for example, when the Service was materially unavailable or an account was renewed in error. Contact support promptly; the earlier in the billing period you reach us, the more we can do.
4. Consumed usage is non-refundable
AI practice calls and AI minutes that have been consumed — including trial calls, included plan usage, and metered overage — are non-refundable. They represent third-party compute and voice costs incurred at the moment of use.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not issue refunds as credit, cash, or to a different instrument.
6. Questions and disputes
Email support@agentdojo.app from an address associated with your account, with the organization name and the charge date/amount. We aim to respond within one business day. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction; where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy.
