Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Service and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your Users' compliance. You may not, and may not permit anyone to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, or interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other customers' data.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except through documented APIs and within rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or models of the voice pipeline, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use mock calls or AI voices to impersonate, defraud, deceive, harass, or harm any real person, or to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • Use the Service to process protected health information (PHI) or other regulated data in a manner requiring a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or similar agreement unless that agreement is in place (contact sales — see Billing).
  • Use the Service, or its outputs, to develop, train, or improve a competing AI model or service, or to benchmark for a competing product.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Exceed your Plan's seats or circumvent usage limits, or share credentials.

Enforcement. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice, depending on severity) as described in the Terms. Violations of this AUP are carved out of the limitation of liability in the Terms.
